Review: Set on the River Frome in Wareham,Dorset this old priory was once owned by Jesse Boot of Boots the Chemists. The main building has rooms of various sizes and prices including some with a jacuzzi. The are also luxurious suites in the old boathouse. The extensive grounds are beautiful and the cellar restaurant has a justifiably superb reputation.Cheap it is not but imagine a perfect night followed by a dream breakfast and you will want to come back.Service is excellent but the owner can be grumpy.

Review: This is a charming country hotel in a friendly vilage setting nestled on the west side of the malvern hills. It has a friendly bar, with a roaring log fir in the winter, and great quality bar food. Or for the gourmet there is a fantastic AA star resteraunt! The rooms are classic and comfortable, the staff are lovely, and there is a village train station a stones throw away for trips to malvern, hereford,or worcester!
