Cape Coral is a relatively new but rapidly emerging destination in Florida's vacation home market. However, the area is still lively and feels very modern.
A maze of intracostal waterways and canals all leading out to the Gulf of Mexico, intersect the roads that lead to these luxurious vacation homes. The vast majority of the villas back onto water with a good percentage offering a boat dock at the back of the home. The main attraction drawing guests to the Cape Coral area is clearly the extremely high quality rental properties and their superb waterfront settings.
As a holiday destination Cape Coral provides a great base for exploring many of the Gulf Coast beaches and attractions. Cape Coral has it's own intimate beach, close to which are a number of fabulous restaurants. Fort Myers, a 15 minute drive away, is where mile after mile of sandy coastline can be found along with a host of shops, bars and restaurants. Also across the bay in Fort Myers are a number of shopping malls and factory outlets and the ever popular big name restaurants found throughout Florida. History buffs will also appreciate the winter homes of Henry Ford and Thomas Edison which have now been converted into fascinating museums. Everyone will be fascinated with the huge collection of Edison inventions and memorabilia, laboratory and the experimental garden. There is also a narrated tram tour that runs through downtown Fort Myers stopping at the Edison/Ford museum, the Fort Myers Historical Museum and the Imaginarium Hand-on museum and Aquarium.
For those who like to explore, Cape Coral puts holidaymakers within a short drive of Sanibel and Captiva Islands and less than a hours drive from Naples. The Florida Everglades are south of Naples and can be reached in a 90 minute drive.

These villas are large, modern executive homes on oversized lots. Guests can expect to be very impressed, these 3 and 4 Bedroom homes are larger than those found in most Gulf Coast resorts, furnishings are all upgraded to an extremely high standard and floor plans are imaginative and spacious.
Guests can expect a luxurious level of accommodation based around an open plan design with high ceilings, bright, contemporary style decor and modern appliances. A great level of attention and expense has been given to the furnishings and details of the villas, the furniture, appliances, pictures and ornaments are all high spec.
The main living space is generally one large open area combining both a lounge with sofas, TV and VCR or DVD Player, a dining area and a generous sized, fully equipped kitchen. There is also a second family/sitting area which is a very popular feature with larger groups and families. Leading off from the main living area will be the master bedroom with TV and oversized ensuite bathroom and at two or three further bedrooms which share at least one, normally two additional bathrooms.
As it's the long sunny days that attraction the majority of guests to Florida's Gulf Coast, the main focal point of these wonderful homes is always the private swimming pool. All homes have an open outlook from the pool area and back onto water. There are sun loungers and patio furniture and all pools are screened with a high mesh cage which allows sunlight through but helps to keep leafs and bugs out of the water.

Every one of our Cape Coral rental properties backs onto one of the interconnecting canals and waterways, add this incredible setting and view to an exceptional level of living accommodation and you have a selection of rental homes that possibly exceed even the exacting standards required to be a Platinum rated property.
Guests can expect a deluxe level of accommodation based around an open plan design with high ceilings, bright, contemporary style decor and modern applicances.
