Terms and Conditions

• Open to European residents aged 18 and over who accurately and correctly complete the competiton, and return before the closing date.
• The grand prize is a weekend break to Paris, including flights from any major European airport.
• By entering into this competition, you agree that lowcoz.com and other partner sites may contact you with other promotions and offers.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.
• Drawings will take place within 14 days of the closing date.
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible or fraudulent will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted by lowcoz for entries lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission.
• Entries from anyone associated with lowcoz will not be accepted.
• Only one entry per household will be accepted.  Bulk entries will be ignored.
• The winner will be notified by telephone or email within 14 days of the draw date of the competition. If contact cannot be made within one month, the prize will be forfeited. It is the winner's responsibility to notify lowcoz of any change in contact information.
• The drawing winners name will be made available from lowcoz on request.
• Details to process the prize claim must be provided by the winner within 60 days of notification from lowcoz.
• Unclaimed prizes may be passed on to other entrants. This promotion and draw may be run across other promotions by the promoter.
• Entry into the draw authorises lowcoz to contact and to publish the name, address and country of the winner. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable post event publicity.
• Prizes are not transferable. There is no cash alternative for the prizes although lowcoz reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with one of an equivalent or greater value.
• Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The closing date for entries for this competition is the 30th July, 2009.
